How do I care for my intimates?
We always recommend a cold hand wash with gentle detergent, then lay flat to dry. No tumble dryers, no bleach, no drama. Your intimates deserve some TLC 💕

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on where you are. We ship fast so you don’t have to wait long to feel amazing.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order’s been processed, we’ll send you a tracking number and link via email so you can follow it every step of the way with The Courier Guy.
Can I return lingerie or swimwear?
On some items, yes — but due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on panties, shapewear, or swimwear without the hygiene sticker.
We also can’t take back anything that’s been damaged from things like chlorine or not following the care instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can check out securely using Peach Payments or Paystack. Prefer to pay via EFT? Just Whatsapp your order and billing details to (068) 599-7645, and we’ll send you an invoice with our banking info.
Do you have a physical store?
Not just yet — but we deliver nationwide, straight to your door (or PostNet if you prefer).
We also offer free virtual fittings so you can shop confidently from wherever you are.
Can I book a virtual fitting?
Yes! Just send us a Whatsapp. We’ll ask you a few quick questions and your measurements, then calculate your size per brand and help you find that perfect fit.
