• Return Policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the problem. Our return policy allows for returns of goods within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in the same condition they were delivered and all tags, stickers, inserts, etc. still attached. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns for any shapewear, bodysuits, panties, or swimwear with missing hygiene stickers. Additionally, garments that have been mishandled will not be accepted for return (i.e if the proper care and washing instructions have not been followed or any chlorine discoloring of a garment). Pre-ordered items or goods specially ordered for you will not be accepted back, exchanged, or refunded.  

• Refund Policy:

All items are thoroughly checked when packing your parcel. But in the case that you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item(s) to us within 14 days. Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it and if it meets our refund and return policy criterias, we will process a full refund, store credit or voucher for you (whichever you prefer). Please note it can take up to 10 business days to receive your refund. Store vouchers / gift cards or item(s) bought with a store voucher / gift card will not be refunded.  

• Shipping Policy:

At Indiscretion Intimate Collections, we offer a hassle-free shipping policy to ensure that you receive your purchases quickly and securely. We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over R1999, and a flat rate of R120 for orders under that value. Our team works hard to ship your order within 3 business days, and if we anticipate any delays we will notify you ahead of time. Once your package is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a tracking number and estimated time of arrival. Most parcels are delivered within 2-7 business days.

We promise to deliver all orders promptly, but please allow for circumstances such as extreme weather, or disruption to postal services or airlines that may affect delivery times in your area. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or other expenses incurred due to factors beyond our control, but rest assured that we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that you double-check your delivery and contact details before placing your order, as we will not be held responsible if the address or any other details were entered incorrectly. 

• Pre-Ordered Items:

Please note that we do not keep stock on hand of pre-sale items, and stock is ordered and imported specially for you. Any imported items can take anywhere from 4 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks (unless stated otherwise) to be delivered, as we strive to bring you the highest quality products. 

Our pre-order policy requires full payment upfront, but we guarantee that if for any reason the item is not available or not delivered within the given waiting period, a full refund will be given to you.

We offer pre-order items that are imported specifically for you and are not part of our permanent collection. Please note that we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on any pre-ordered items, unless the item is received with a flaw or is damaged. In such cases, we must be notified within 7 days to arrange for a return of the item, and only then will a full refund be processed.

Once the order is placed for pre-ordered items, cancellations or alterations can only be made within 48 hours. After that, we will process the order and it cannot be canceled or altered.

If you order more than one item, there is no guarantee that they will arrive simultaneously. We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order and arrange for courier delivery at a time that is convenient for you.

• Loyalty Program:

As a part of our loyalty program and referral program, you will earn 1 point for every R1 spent. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They are also non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase a gift card. Points are divided into three tiers, and you can find more information about them on the loyalty program section of our website. Keep in mind, points are only valid for 12 months and will expire thereafter.

• Privacy Policy & Terms Of Use :

We understand the sensitivity of personal information, and we want to assure you that we take every measure to protect your data. We collect information such as your name, email, and shipping address when you make a purchase or sign up for our newsletter. Your personal information is only used for the purpose for which it was collected, such as processing your orders or contacting you regarding promotions and special offers. We will never sell, trade or disclose your information to any third party without your express consent, except when required by the law to do so.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot be held responsible for any breaches that may occur outside of our control. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to protect your privacy. Upon your request, we will destroy all personal information you have provided us.
